7-Day Return Policy

At RIVANTAH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging must be intact
• Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Product should not be damaged, altered, or washed

Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during sale or clearance (unless defective)
• Customized or personalized items
• Products with missing tags or packaging

How to Return

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will initiate the return process and provide pickup details
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
5. Our courier partner will pick up the product from your address

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details to our customer support team.
